All4Labels Group Acquires Centro Grafico DG

All4Labels Global Packaging Group has acquired Italy-based Centro Grafico DG, a converter with more than five decades of experience in security printing, holographic film, and foils production.

Centro Grafico DG specializes in the formulation, production, and delivery of base foils for the holographic industry, security materials for brand protection, IDs, travel documents authenticity and data protection, official documents, currency, and credentials.

Founded in 1970, Centro Grafico’s relationships with governments, industry and commerce aim to understand the issues of security and authenticity attending to today’s market requirements and security demands of the future.

All4Labels Global Packaging Group currently operates 42 facilities worldwide with more than 4,000 employees and more than 10,000 customers.

Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
