Constantia Flexibles Acquires Drukpol Flexo

Constantia Flexibles based in Vienna, Austria, reportedly the third largest producer of flexible packaging worldwide, has signed an agreement to acquire Polish company, Drukpol Flexo.

By becoming part of Constantia Flexibles, Drukpol Flexo has the potential to continue its growth and enhance its offering with Constantia Flexibles’ more sustainable product portfolio.

Founded in 1992, Drukpol Flexo is a flexible packaging market with strong capabilities in flexo printing, extrusion lamination, and vertical integration.

The company, which has 183 employees, mainly serves domestic food and HPC markets for local and international customers. It brings two additional sites close to Poland’s capital, Warsaw. Drukpol Flexo fits with Constantia Flexibles’ existing sites, Constantia Teich Poland in Rogowiec and Constantia ColorCap in Jejkowice.
