Constantia Flexibles Acquires FFP Packaging Solutions

Constantia Flexibles has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of FFP Packaging Solutions, a sustainable, flexible packaging company based in Northampton, UK. The acquisition earns Constantia Flexibles its first consumer plant in the UK.

FFP Packaging Solutions was founded in 1967; it now operates with more than 100 employees. 

The producer of recyclable laminates offering flow wraps, lidding films, and pre-made pouches reportedly generates more than 80 percent of its Sales in sustainable packaging.
