Creation Reprographics, a dedicated prepress partner to packaging and label printers, is opening its doors as a Centre of Excellence for Flenex-FW, a water-washable flexo plate technology developed by Fujifilm.
After signing a new four-year agreement to supply Flenex-FW solvent-free plates, repro specialist Creation is now inviting its customers, partners and peers across the flexo sector to see the plates in use at its headquarters in Daventry, UK.
The technology, the business believes, heralds the future of sustainable flexographic supply chains. Matt Francklow, Managing Director at Creation, explains: “When new technologies are introduced, it can often be difficult for printers to truly picture it in use day-to-day. However, that’s where the real advantages lie! We are strong advocates for water-washable plate technology, and we’re incredibly proud to offer Fujifilm’s fantastic Flenex-FW plates as part of our range.
