DRG Technologies, Safford, Arizona, a provider of labeling and packaging solutions, has acquired La Fiesta Label & Packaging Systems, a provider of labeling solutions in Chandler, Arizona.
The acquisition will expand DRG Technologies’ product portfolio with the addition of shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, digital, board stock, and strengthen its presence in the labeling and packaging industry.
With this acquisition, DRG Technologies will have access to La Fiesta’s technology and expertise, enabling the company to offer a wider range of labeling solutions to its customers.
The company plans to invest in new technologies and resources to further strengthen its product offerings and capabilities.
DRG Technologies and La Fiesta Label & Packaging Systems will work together over the coming months to integrate their operations and products, with no disruption to customer service during the transition.
