Faberprint, Allbox, Involv Labels Join All4Labels Group

Gráfica e Editora Faberprint Ltda., Embalagens Allbox Ltda. (Allbox), and Involv Labels Ltda., which are companies in the Brazilian healthcare packaging market, have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the All4Labels Global Packaging Group. 

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

The latest transaction broadens All4Labels market presence into the central region of Anápolis, Brazil, and enhances All4Labels’ ability to offer an expanded portfolio of high-quality and industry-tailored products, including labels, folding boxes, and leaflets for the Latin American market. 

The CEO of Faberprint, Allbox and Involv Labels, Gustavo Torres, will continue to manage the business.
