Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a provider of printed packaging solutions and a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, LP, has acquired Label Tech Inc. based in Somersworth, New Hampshire, a provider of labels and flexible packaging.
Label Tech is an ISO-certified flexographic and digital manufacturer of pressure sensitive (including coupon, game piece and UL labels) and non-pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging for the consumer product, food and beverage and health and beauty end markets.
Employing more than 1,100 employees across 16 manufacturing sites, Fortis intends to continue its pursuit of acquisitions.
Based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Fortis supplies a range of products in the flexographic, letterpress, offset and digital printing segments.
The company’s product offerings include pressure-sensitive and shrink-sleeve labels, multi-ply coupon and flexible packaging printing, extended booklet printing, pouches, folding cartons, label applicators, and variable data printing.
Fortis employs more than 1,100 colleagues across 16 manufacturing sites.
The company plans to continue expanding its product portfolio and customer reach through acquisitions and facility openings.
