Fortis Solutions Group Acquires Profecta Labels

Fortis Solutions Group, provider of printed packaging and a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Profecta Labels based in St-Hubert, Quebec.

Profecta Labels is a Canadian flexographic and digital manufacturer of labels and flexible packaging printing serving the industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food and beverage end-markets in North America. 

Profecta operates eight flexographic presses, two digital presses, and a great number of prepress, cutting and finishing tools with 110 employees.
