FPA Elects Emerging Leadership Council Co-Chair

Kasie Fairbarn, Product Sales Manager – Extrusion Systems for Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corporation, has been elected as co-chair of the he Flexible Packaging Association’s Emerging Leadership Council (ELC).

Fairbarn succeeds Adrianne Tipton, Senior Vice President, Innovation from Novolex.

The ELC is a committee comprised of up-and-coming professionals, and their mission is to establish a network of future leaders to drive issues and opportunities which have a long-term impact on the advancement of the U.S. flexible packaging industry. Within the ELC there are four subcommittees: Advocacy; Education; Recruitment & Leadership Development; and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
