KDV Label Acquires Selective Label

KDV Label, LLC, a manufacturer of custom labels for food, beverage, specialty consumer goods, dairy, and petroleum products, has acquired Selective Label & Printing, Inc., located in Sugar Grove, Illinois.

Selective Label’s capabilities as a converter and printer complement that of KDV, running both flexographic  and digital presses.

Selective Label will further solidify KDV’s Midwestern presence and add some new growing end markets and capabilities. KDV will offer Selective Label a broader geographic footprint and additional printing capabilities with plants in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and Loveland, Colorado.

Mike Brucher, President of Selective Label, will continue in a leadership role with the company and will become a shareholder of KDV. The employees and suppliers of Selective Label have played an integral role in Selective Label’s success and will continue to do so in the future.
