Label King, located in San Diego, California, recently celebrated their 20th anniversary. With more than 3.5 billion labels sold, the label printer converter has reportedly grown every year for the past two decades. Label King has continued to enhance its business with the addition of the Domino N610i digital UV inkjet label press, its first digital printing asset.
The new digital printing press will serve as a complementary technology to Label King’s existing fleet of flexo presses.
The Domino N610i digital UV inkjet label press was installed and began running production in May 2022.
“We started at zero and began ramping up. By our fourth month of production, our revenue from that press was over $100,000” said Robert Parker, Owner & President. “Having the Domino has enabled us to increase capacity, keep existing business that otherwise we would have lost, as well as gain new business.”
