Label Source Inc., a provider of labeling solutions, has acquired a division of OMNI Systems located in Bogart, Georgia.
This division was a long-time part of ITW Labels, which was recently acquired by OMNI Systems in a larger transaction.
With the addition of the Bogart facility, Label Source operates more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space and has more than 150 employees.
