Labelexpo Americas is planning a series of roadshows in specially selected cities across North America, where organizers will be meeting with label, packaging and commercial printers to give them a sneak peek into the technology on show at Labelexpo Americas later this year.
Organizers will be in Cincinnati, Ohio, Orange County, California, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, working with the TLMI, key local printing associations and additional sponsors.
The show will be as follows:
July 20: Fullerton College, Orange County, California. Fullerton College offers hands-on training on modern high-speed equipment, with specialist streams in print. Working closely with the Printing Industries Association of Southern California (PIASC), this leg of the roadshow will provide insights on the workforce issues surrounding our industry. Printers will get to hear about trends and case studies throughout the one-day conference program.
July 28: Haney Packaging, Cincinnati, Ohio. Host partner Haney Packaging is reportedly the first ever packaging micro-factory, providing successful package development from prototype to test markets and everything in between. Printers can gain access to the largest library of recyclable, compostable packaging solutions and tour the company’s facility whilst learning from supplier partners who will be covering industry trends, end-user case studies and specialist technical subjects in our one day conference.
August 3: High Park Brewery, Toronto, Canada. High Park Brewery is Toronto’s first collaborative brewery, a Certified Benefit Corporation, leaders in the global movement of people using business as a force for good. Hear about their partnership with a local designer and printer to develop a new identity for their brewery that includes their community and their commitment to sustainability. This will complement the core program on trends and key technological advances in label printing today.
