LabelPress Joins All4Labels Group

Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil-based converter LabelPress lndustria e Comercio da Amazonia has signed an agreement for the company to become a 100 percent subsidiary of the All4Labels Global Packaging Group.  

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed. 

With this transaction, All4Labels extends its presence to the north of Brazil and is now present in the highly industrialized zone of Manaus. 

The LabelPress CEO, Juvino Tavares, will continue to manage the business.

The Group’s strategy of expanding into growing and markets, regions and technologies with renowned partners is being continued and underlines the company’s sustainable growth strategy in the packaging industry.
