As part of this reorganization of Reproflex3 India & Asia, Sethunath Padmanabhan will step down from his position as Managing Director.
Andrew Hewitson, Global CEO, will take on additional responsibilities for overseeing the group’s operations in India.
Vijay Irudhayaraj, current head of operations in the Middle East & Africa, will assume additional responsibilities in India.
In his extended role, Irudhayaraj will play a pivotal part in overseeing day-to-day operations and driving new projects integral to Reproflex3’s expansion plans in India and Asia.
Sethunath will transition out of his operational role to explore opportunities outside the R3 group. However, he will continue to be a vital part of the Reproflex3 board, collaborating closely with company co-founders Andrew Hewitson and Trevor Lowes on strategy, working with key clients and contacts in the local supply chain.
