Resource Label Group Acquires PLLC

Resource Label Group, a full-service provider of label and packaging solutions, has acquired Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company (PLLC). Located in Simi Valley, California, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina, PLLC is a manufacturer of printed inserts, labels, and packaging components for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device manufacturers.

Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company represents the 28th acquisition for Resource Label Group.

PLLC will combine efforts with the recently acquired MedLit Solutions to expand and strengthen RLG’s national capabilities for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Kevin Grogan, CEO of MedLit Solutions, will lead the combined teams.
